MANDATORY PARENT MEETING FOR ALL STUDENTS THAT WILL BE A PART OF THE GEORGE JENKINS HS BAND FOR THE 2013-2014 SCHOOL YEAR! FAILURE TO ATTEND THIS MEETING MAY RESULT IN BEING AN ALTERNATE NEXT YEAR. WE WILL BE COLLECTING A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FROM EVERY MEMBER AT THIS MEETING.

MEETING:  THURSDAY 5/23/13 6pm in the band room!

Band Camp Information: (MANDATORY)

 

ALL INCOMING FRESHMEN OR NEW STUDENTS TO THE PROGRAM ALONG WITH ALL NEW LEADERSHIP:  

       Freshmen / Rookie Camp: Tuesday - Thursday July 30th – August 1st from 8am-3pm

 

FULL BAND CAMP WITH ALL MEMBERS:

 

Monday-Thursday August 5th - 8th

MORNING SESSION: 8AM - 12:30PM
LUNCH: 12:30-1:15PM (MUST STAY ON CAMPUS)
AFTERNOON SESSION: 1:15PM - 6:30PM

 

Thursday August 8 th will be our "Friends and Family" dinner and performance!  We will keep the same morning and lunch schedules.     The afternoon session will go from 1pm - 8pm including the dinner & performance. 

 

THE FIRST REGULAR PRACTICE WILL BEGIN ON TUESDAY 8/13/13 from 6-9pm
