Annual Fundraising Dues (portion)

The money from this payment is to cover the cost of
the fundraising dues for each student.  The total of the purchase
can be adjusted in increments of $10.  With each $10 increment, a
$0.50 convenience charge will be included.  To change the amount,
follow the instructions below.

To make a $30 payment, select "add to cart," adjust the "quantity"
to 3, and proceed with checkout.  A $1.50 convenience charge will be applied.

To make a $80 payment, select "add to cart", adjust the "quantity"
to 8, and proceed with checkout.  A $4.00 convenience charge will be applied.
